Where can I change my account details?
To change your account details, log into your account and click the ‘Settings’ link in the ViB Menu on the right of your dashboard. Click the ‘Account Settings’ link to open the settings section. You may change your password, your affiliate ID, first and last names, PayPal or AlertPay email address, address, city, state, etc. Remember that some fields are required to receive commissions.
How can I create a new box?
To create a new box, log into your account and click the ‘Add New Box’ link below the Boxes Menu on the left your dashboard. Enter a Box Name and Box Display Name and click ‘Create’. The Box Name is the name given to the box address while the Box Display Name is the name given to the box in the Boxes menu. Your new box will be automatically approved. The box details (box address and disk usage) will appear below the ViB Menu on the right on your dashboard.
How can I approve a pending box?
If someone sends an email to a box that hasn’t been created yet, the system will add the email to a pending box. To approve a pending box, log into your account and click the pending box in the Boxes Menu on the left your dashboard. Click on the email you received and either click the ‘Approve this mailbox’ button in the menu bar or ‘Approve the mailbox’ link in the middle of the page.

I was reading my emails, wanted to look at one later and clicked on the left hand side on view later, whereupon all my incoming emails seem to have just disappeared!

To mark it as ‘DoLater’ you need to click the ‘star’ on the right, or from the ‘Mark’ drop down menu, mark as ‘DoLater’

how do I delete my account?
To Delete your account, please login, then click ‘settings’ then ‘Account Settings’ and from there, click on ‘Delete Your Account’ and confirm that you really want to delete it.

How does one see the number of clicks sent on previous mailing? I got an email saying my message was sent, and a copy of it – but where do I view the built in tracking for those links?

Hey Ken,
Yes if you are a diamond member you get built in tracking. To view it, click on ‘mailer’ then select your last campaign under: “Select Template” then click on the ‘check tracking’ button that appears. From there you can hover the mouse over each link and see their clicks
You can also use a cloak service like: http://viralurl.com/ to cloak your links for more stats too

I don’t really understand what you mean. It is instant to approve a mailbox. You simply select a pending mailbox and then click ‘approve’
I seem to be able to manover around Viralinbox and click on the various items with success except for video tutorials. I’ve tried several times. I can get to the page where it lists several tutorials but it doesn’t matter which tutorial I click on nothing happens. So unless you can tell me how to get these tutorials to work for me they are of no use.Thank you.

I had thousands of credits and used only a few, now the rest seam to have disappeared. Is this a use it or lose it thing?
Hi Anthony! No this is not a use it or lose it thing. Maybe you have a text or banner ad set up and it used all the credits you earned already. when I was setting my account up I noticed a section to add a picture to my profile but when I went to get back in to add my picture I couldn’t find it. how do I find it and post my picture?
Hmmm… the only area where you can enter the link to your images is in the Banner Ad section. Maybe you saw that on another site?
How do I empty the trash? Can I delete more than one email at once and how is that done?
Why is my E-Mail link not click-able and why do i not receive my own advertising.
