How do I to add the ViralinBox Notifier Gadget to my Gmail account?

1. If you don’t already see the Gadgets option in the Settings section of Gmail, go to Labs, and enable “Add Any Gadget by URL”.
2. In the Settings section of Gmail, go to Gadgets, enter http://viralinbox.com/notifier.xml and click on “Add”.

I don’t seem to have Labs in my Gmail account. How do I enable it?

1. Google has some more information about Gmail Labs available.
2. If Gmail Labs doesn’t appear in your Gmail account, please try updating to the latest version of your browser. For the best experience with the gadget, we recommend Firefox 3.0+, Internet Explorer 7, or Safari 3.
3. If you’re using Gmail in a language other than US English, it may also be worth trying to switch your Gmail language setting to US English, and see if Labs is enabled.

Can I change the position of the gadget?

1. With another Gmail Labs feature, you can re-order any of the boxes on Gmail’s left hand side (including the ViralinBox Notifier gadget).
2. To enable this feature, go to Settings then Labs, and enable “Navbar drag and drop”.

How do I remove the gadget?

1. To remove this feature from Gmail:
2. In Gmail, click on Settings then Gadgets.
3. Click the Remove button next to “ViralinBox Notifier”.

On March 1st 2009 I hit the deepest point… or maybe I should say the widest?

After seeing that picture my wife took of me at the beach, I knew something had to happen. I joined Jenny Craig just a few weeks later and after 6 months of weight loss and 12 months of maintainance, I reached a weight that I haven’t been at since I was a teenager…

Now, I could say “Happy End”… but something was missing. Even though I reached my goal weight, I still had more belly fat left then I wanted, no muscle whatsoever and the way they tried to teach me to exercise at Jenny Craig for a minimum of 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes by taking walks around the block was simply something I didn’t really enjoy to do. It wasn’t that bad… but I constantly found myself saying, “I have no time to do that now, maybe later”. Of course later never came.

Now, let’s track back to September 2007, I met the guy in person that would eventually release the solution to my problem… Joel Therien and his 7 Minute Workout!
