- How much time do you spend watching the TV? You may not be sitting directly in front of it, but how many times does it grab your attention for a few minutes here and few minutes there. Before you know it, you have lost an hour easily
The things listed above are not the only time mongers; there are the chores of gardening, shopping, bill paying, visiting with your friends and relatives, chatting on the phone, and don’t forget, just simply browsing the Internet and reading emails. All of these things can take up a lot of your time throughout the day.
